I am a Person-Centred counsellor with over 10 years’ experience supporting individuals through a range of emotional and life challenges. I work with anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem, loneliness, relationship and family difficulties, grief, and life transitions.
I have a particular interest in supporting people experiencing grief and loss that may not always be recognised or understood by others. Grief is not limited to bereavement following the death of a loved one; it can also arise through relationship breakdown, divorce, miscarriage, infertility, changes in health or mobility, dementia-related changes, job loss, caring responsibilities, the loss of a pet. These experiences can have a significant emotional impact and are often deeply felt, even when not openly acknowledged.
